Outdoor‑rated WPC is a composite blend based on polyethylene (PE) and natural plant fibres including wood flour. Various functional agents are mixed in suitable proportions. After thorough compounding, the raw‑material mix is processed into end products using extrusion, compression moulding, injection moulding and alternative forming methods.

Q1: Is the WPC wall panel waterproof and moisture-proof?
A: It is moisture-proof and splash-proof, but not suitable for long-term continuous immersion. It can withstand rain and humid coastal weather.
Q2: Does WPC cladding require painting or regular maintenance?
A: No painting is needed. Unlike solid wood, it does not need annual painting or anti-corrosion treatment. Simply clean it with water.
Q3: Will the product fade after long-term outdoor use?
A: Slight color variation occurs with all outdoor construction materials. ASA co-extruded WPC fades far more slowly than ordinary solid WPC.
