PU stone dimension-Crushed Rock Panel is a lightweight decorative panel imitating naturally broken rubble texture. It is reproduced from real fractured rubble surface, covered with densely staggered small irregular rock fragments, showing chaotic fragmented stone effect without regular brick division lines.
Produced with modified high-density polyurethane material, this crushed rock panel retains abundant sharp fragmented stone details while keeping low self-weight. It avoids heavy load and complicated processing brought by real rubble stone. Dimension-standard large panels realize fast dry-construction, easy for cutting and on-site shaping. Multiple matte earth-color options are available, widely applied for rough-style feature walls for interior and exterior projects. Anti-UV enhanced version is specially developed for long-time outdoor exposure scenarios.

Q1：Are the sharp fragment edges easy to chip during handling and construction?
A: The fragmented edges belong to thin vulnerable positions. It is advised to adopt pearl-cotton package for transportation. Avoid knocking sharp corners during on-site handling. Minor chipping can be repaired by matching repair putty.
Q2：Can crushed rock panel be applied on curved wall surface?
A: Large-panel cannot bend for big curvature. For slight radian wall, cut panels into narrow strips, install section-by-section to follow curved outline. Excessive bending will lead to base-layer cracking.
Q3：Can crushed-rock panel be used for ground paving?
A: Not for ground application. This PU decorative panel is only designed for vertical wall decoration, not resistant to foot-step abrasion and compression load.
