Once the framework is installed, begin laying the grille panels. Begin by checking the overall flatness and vertical alignment of the grille system using a spirit level and a straightedge to inspect each section. If any misalignment or edge-warping is detected, loosen the relevant screws and make immediate adjustments until the installation meets the required standards. Next, inspect the gaps at the joints; if the gaps are excessive, they can be filled using specialized caulking material. After filling, remove any excess sealant to ensure the surface remains clean and tidy.
